Welcome to Joy By. We're a family-run business that started in the lively city of Dubai with one goal: to make Christmas simple. We mix magical Christmas decor with a place to learn how to decorate.
Our story began over thirty years ago with our family's passion for decorating Christmas trees. Fast-forward to a couple of years ago, Stephanie, our co-founder, was juggling her job as the VP of Merchandising with having a newborn baby but still longed for the beautiful Christmas decor that she grew up enjoying. With her mom still on the other side of the world, the two began collaborating to ensure that Stephanie's vision for Christmas could become a reality and that she could have her dream home at Christmas.Friends and visitors loved the decorations and soon Rima was shipping boxes of ornaments to their friends in the US along with detailed instructions on how and what to do with all of it to create a winter wonderland in your own home.
That’s when it hit them—something was missing in the US: a one-stop Christmas shop
That lightbulb moment and their belief in the need for such a brand gave birth to Joy By.Today, we’ve partnered with over 500 hotels and sold over a million ornaments, spreading joy and beauty into countless homes & hearts.Join us on this exciting journey of creating and sharing joy, one celebration at a time.
